Motorways, bypasses and highways are just a few examples of previous site clearance works carried out by N&J Tree Services Ltd. These sites can be cleared of trees and vegetation with specialist equipment such as a mulcher, flail, shredder and mechanical stump grinders, along with specialist pruning/felling undertaken by fully qualified tree surgeons who are experienced in problematic or difficult site clearance situations.

Our site clearance services are used by property developers, local councils, utility/construction companies, earthworks and supermarkets. N & J can also offer advice and solutions to companies seeking planning permission to redevelop a site.

Site Clearance before and after

As professional tree surgeons, N & J Tree Services undertake tree surveys and tree reports prior to site clearance and advise on trees to be retained, to BS 5873 standard. Mature trees can add amenity value to a proposed building plot and the planning authority will usually require a professional tree report as part of the application to redevelop the site.

We can advise on how to protect trees not being cleared as part of the site redevelopment, what materials to use and attend site to supervise root protection during clearance and construction work.
